The College of Health Professions is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer to serve as nine-month Assistant Professor and Clinical Coordinator of the Athletic Training Education Program for the CAATE-accredited graduate program to begin August 2025.The department seeks candidates who will contribute to the University’s general education curriculum and its emphasis on using high-impact teaching practices, particularly those affiliated with one (or more) of the institution’s pedagogical initiatives (e.g., Community-based Learning, Critical Thinking, First Year Seminar, Writing Across Curriculum, etc.). Additionally, the ideal candidate will contribute to the College’s support of interdisciplinary programs of study.Candidates interviewing on campus must submit unofficial transcripts (undergraduate and graduate) directly to the chair of the search committee, prior to an on-campus interview, candidates will be required to submit official transcripts of (undergraduate and graduate) to the chair of the search committee.This position is will serve as the Undergraduate Exercise Science Area Coordinator while maintaining an ongoing collection of assessment data for accreditation consideration as well as complete university assessment reports.
