What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administration assistant position at Marston Holdings?

You will probably know us best as the friendly faces you see around your local neighbourhoods and high streets. We currently have over 4000 highly trained frontline colleagues and now due to continued growth we have opportunities available in our award-winning teams for an Administration Assistant.
This position is Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm.
What does our Admin Officer Do?
- Process parking fines effectively and within contractual timescales
- Prepare and despatch all DVLA VQ4 enquiries and investigate unsuccessful requests
- Process parking permit applications for Durham City and Durham County residents in accordance with procedures
- Maintain filing systems
- Process all suspensions in accordance with procedures
- Assist with ANPR congestion charge system and the processing of parking fines through the RUC Scheme Order 2002
- Take payments for permits, suspensions and bus lane fines through the appropriate system.
- Process and bank all monies received in accordance with financial procedures
