Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in law enforcement or social work is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in crisis management and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in case management practices and report writing.
- Excellent interviewing skills with an emphasis on motivational interviewing techniques.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
