Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented office assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, distributing leads, filing, and assisting our supplement team. Additionally, you may be asked to perform miscellaneous tasks that could vary from week to week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Outbound customer service phone calls
- Distributing leads to appropriate team members
- Filing, uploading, and organizing paperwork
- Applying for permits as needed
- Assisting the supplement team with various tasks
- Assisting the administrative team with various tasks
- Performing miscellaneous tasks as assigned
- Processing payments from customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
- Prior experience as an office assistant or in a related role is a plus
