Staff On Site is seeking out a part time office assistant for 4 hours a day and can work with any hours between 8 : 00 am & 4 : 30 pm but a committed schedule is required so it will be known, when they are expect ed in the office. Perfect for a student. This person would be filing, checking electronic files, and other tasks assigned. They will be helping in many office areas where the need is so must be flexible. Computer experience is a must. Outlook experience is required, experience in other office programs such as excel is helpful. Must be able to use copy machines. Phone skills are required with a good disposition as this person may be in contact with customer base. Accounting bookkeeping knowledge is also helpful.
Pay is $18.00 / hr.
Potential to evolve into a full time permanent position.
