Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Provide expert advice on various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and property insurance.
- Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of policies to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate new leads and expand the client base.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards.
- Assist clients with claims processing and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and new product offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
