Prior experience in insurance is preferred but not required. Licensing support is available.
**Role can be based out of Galveston, TX, or Friendswood, TX.**
The Job:
- Support Account Managers in servicing a book of coastal accounts with flood and windstorm exposure
- Handle customer service requests, backlog support, and agency project assistance
- Prepare insurance summaries, schedules, certificates, and proposals
- Input data for new business submissions and maintain agency management systems
- Assist with marketing coordination and other team needs as directed
- Engage in organizational development with a focus on communication and efficient workflow
