Prior experience in commercial lines insurance and a Texas P&C license are preferred.
**Role can be based in Galveston, TX, or Friendswood, TX.**
The Job:
Analyze clients’ commercial insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Prepare proposals and present to clients and prospects
Process policy renewals and monitor policy changes, exclusions, and endorsements
Address client service requests including claims reporting, billing, and coverage changes
Educate clients on coverage gaps, market availability, and policy options
Maintain client records and follow agency procedures for documentation and service standards
