• Develop and execute complex benefit strategies, renewal plans, and customized client solutions

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless pre- and post-renewal service, project success, and client satisfaction

• Oversee client onboarding and ongoing service delivery while maintaining accountability for revenue growth and profitability

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors while identifying cross-selling opportunities

• Stay current on market trends, compliance regulations, and funding alternatives to guide clients effectively
