Commercial Lines Middle Market Account Manager

A well-established and growing insurance agency is seeking a Middle Market Account Manager to service and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional with strong client service skills and the ability to handle accounts across various industries.

Prior experience in commercial lines account management is preferred.

The Job:

• Manage a book of business with premiums ranging from $20K to $1M , with a focus on middle-market accounts ($100K–$300K premiums)
• Provide servicing, rounding, renewal reviews, and mid-term reviews for producer-led accounts
• Work across a variety of industries, including Contracting, Real Estate, Arborists, Medical, Schools, and Manufacturing
• Ensure accounts are well-maintained and optimized for coverage and risk management
• Utilize agency systems to efficiently manage client accounts
