The Job:
- Manage a high-volume book of commercial insurance business, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Build strong client relationships through advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication
- Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policy onboarding with efficiency and expertise
- Stay current on market trends, underwriting guidelines, and procedural requirements to best serve clients
- Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy and coordinate renewal efforts with the department manager
