We are a large Commercial General Contractor seeking an Associate Project Scheduler to join our Operations team. The Associate Project Scheduler will be responsible for the overall development and monitoring of project schedules of assigned projects in conformance with the standards and values of the company.

The Associate Project Scheduler will be responsible for the overall development and monitoring of project schedules of assigned projects in conformance with the standards and values of the company.
Responsibilities
- Assist with developing and maintaining construction project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Support the Senior Scheduler in creating baseline schedules, progress updates, and forecasts.
- Update project schedules with current information from the field and project team.
- Track construction progress and report variances against planned activities.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Estimators to collect data and validate schedule activities.
- Help identify schedule impacts and assist in proposing corrective actions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly schedule updates, reports, and look-aheads.
- Participate in project planning and coordination meetings.
- Assist with monitoring material delivery schedules and construction sequencing.
- Document schedule changes, delays, and updates for historical reference.
- Participate in training and development opportunities related to scheduling tools and techniques.
- Support in maintaining compliance with internal scheduling standards and procedures.
- Experience using Primavera P6 scheduling software (required).
- Understanding of construction processes and terminology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications (preferred but not required).
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to visit job sites for schedule coordination and updates.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a project scheduling role.
