Martin J. Braun Co.,a specialty mechanical contractor, is seeking an Assistant ProjectManager to support our growing team in Annapolis Junction,MD!
In this role, youwill assist the Project Managers with day-to-day construction projectcoordination including processing invoices, generating purchase orders,coordinating deliveries, and tracking project documents and submittals.
AS AN ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER, YOU WILL :
- Prepare, process, and update project submittals
- Process invoices and enter data into the purchase order log for Project Manager approval
- Generate purchase orders for vendors and subcontractors
- Assist Project Managers with coordinating and developing schedules, project outages, and safety documents
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities from start to finish
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are understood and met
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes
- Assist with procurement and management of project materials and resources
- Collaborate and cross-train with the payroll team to ensure accuracy
- Provide support to the estimating department as needed

Commensurate with experience. This range represents a general guideline; however, several factors are considered when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
Salary : $45,000 - $67,000
