In need of a Full Time Paralegal in office; we are open to whether you are new as a paralegal or if you have some experience. Someone who is reliable, passionate about the type of law we do & eager to help the firm grow as a team.
Elder Law consists of everything from preparing Estate Documents, Trust Administration, Probate, Pre-Crisis Planning, Medicaid Applications & Guardianship along with some Litigation.
We work hard for our clients & together as a team!
Paralegal Job description:
- Drafting of Estate Documents such as Trusts, Wills & Power of Attorneys
- Trust Administration
- Probate
- E-file all court documents
- Communication with clients through out the whole process
- Preparing Legal Documents including Pleading & Motions
- At times prepare discovery documents for Litigation hearings
The ideal candidate:
- Extremely empathetic and capable of offering the highest level of service to our clients, as they are the highest priority
- Experience with Probate & Trust Administration is a plus
- Highly organized & follow up is second nature
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Inquisitive nature: loves to pose questions, critical thinking & analytical skills
- Integrity and a desire to be part of a strong, encouraging team
