Clinical Staff Nurse Opportunity at Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide excellence in clinical practice and patient care coordination.
About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality, individualized patient/family-centered care based on the Watson Model of Care.
- Evaluate and adjust patient plans of care as needed.
- Prioritize and organize patient care to ensure follow-through with planned care.
- Provide care tailored to the needs of patients served on the assigned unit.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred; an associate's degree in nursing is required.
- Minimum one year of experience in Emergency Department nursing.
- Current California Nursing license.
- Certification in Emergency Department Nursing is preferred.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are beneficial.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records is advantageous.
- Basic computer skills are necessary.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
