Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring maintenance workers are following all safety rules
- Verifying work area exams and SLAMs are completed if assisting in the field
- Preparing the weekly planning meeting draft by Wednesday
A minimum of six years' experience in the cement industry is required, along with related college degree or equivalent years' experience in the mining industry. Knowledge of MSHA standards and requirements is preferred.
As a team player, you will work closely with maintenance supervision and other area supervision, along with predictive maintenance to ensure appropriate prioritization is made for work scheduling.
