Martin Marietta is looking to hire a Human Resources Administrator to support the Central Division Talent Acquisition team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Division’s talent acquisition onboarding practices. Through direction of the Talent Acquisition Manger, this position provides support for accurate data entry, post offer employment screening, onboarding scheduling, event coordination, and electronic file maintenance. This position will be advised on daily tasks through the Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialists.

- Responsible for ensuring accurate data entry.
- Coordinates and tracks post offer employment screening including background checks, drug screens, and physical exams.
- Organizes orientation for all new hires across the division.
- Pulls and arranges hiring and headcount reports.
- Coordinates events for career fairs, hiring fairs, and trainee programs.
- Maintains electronic files in compliance with federal, state and company regulations.
- Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Required Education and Experience
- A four-year degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent experience in the HR field.
Preferred Education and Experience

Work Environment
This job operates 95% of the time in an office setting. 5% of the time will be traveling.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. This position regularly requires long hours and occasional weekend work.
