We are interviewing to fill the position of Restaurant Assistant Manager.
We are looking for folks who have a solid Restaurant Manager background in the Fast Casual or Full Service Restaurant segment. We are seeking restaurant professionals skilled in scratch kitchen leadership, to fill our Restaurant Assistant Manager position in our new Bridgewater, New Jersey area units set to open soon!

Viable candidates must have the following background:
- A desire for an upwardly mobile restaurant management career
- Must have experience as a salaried Restaurant Manager (Kitchen Manager)... fast casual restaurant or casual dining restaurant
- Must have understanding of restaurant kitchen cost financial control
- Must have and be able to demonstrate planning and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills are essential
- New restaurant opening experience gets quick attention
- No “sideline” coaches need respond…only those who know how to lead a restaurant from a quarterback position need respond
Salary : $45,000 - $52,000
