The Regional Vice President of Hotel Operations plays a key role in overseeing the success of our boutique and lifestyle hotels. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Asset Performance, this individual will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to achieve exceptional results for our guests, owners, and associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of hotel professionals to achieve superior guest, owner, and associate results.
- Oversee hotel operations, finance, sales, revenue, and human resources.
- Ensure that all hotels maintain and build their market presence.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mid-size full-service and/or multi-property hotels.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $250,000 - $275,000, depending on experience.
