EXPERIENCE: MUST have experience with repairing and maintaining commercial/restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain restaurant commercial equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure completion of work orders to meat the restaurant needs.
- Report daily to CEO on jobs completed and status.
- Communicate with Operations, Department Heads and Vendors.
- Install new equipment as needed in accordance with company safety procedures.
- Order parts for equipment and keep log of dates and items.
- Maintain parts inventory by checking and keeping parts in stock for reports.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment such as grills, steam wells, warmers, slicers, dicers, etc.
- Reports on work schedule and equipment repair statuses
- Manages work orders and maximize customer service.
- Gas invoices turned in per yearly gas reimbursement schedule.
- Copies of charge slips turned in daily or on the next business day.
- Master maintenance list turned in per schedule.
- Keep record of van repairs and service.
- Required to work weekends periodically (i.e., an "on-call" schedule rotated between maintenance team members. You will NOT have to work every weekend).
- Other duties as assigned.
- MUST have experience with commercial equipment such as ovens, ranges, slicers, grills, fryers, etc.
- Repair of restaurant equipment.
- Preventive maintenance of restaurant equipment.
- Exemplify GREAT customer service and attitude.
- Team player and self-starter.
- Must be dependable.
- Experience with maintenance work order software "MaintainX" is a huge PLUS!
- Minimal plumbing and electrical equipment.
- Sharpen grill tools and knives.
- $21.44/hr - $31.25/hr ($55K - $65K per year).
- 40 hour work-week.
- Overtime available (may be required based on business needs).
