CATEGORY OF EMPLOYMENT : Non-Exempt
POSITION REPORTS TO : Maintenance Supervisor and CEO
FUNCTIONS : To maintain the Corporate Office, restaurant buildings, and equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Order parts for equipment and keep log of dates and items.
- Check and keep parts in stock for reports.
- Keep daily log on maintenance personnel.
- Report daily to Maintenance Supervisor on jobs completed and status.
- Gas invoices turned in per yearly gas reimbursement schedule.
- Copies of charge slips turned in daily or on the next business day.
- Master maintenance list turned in per schedule.
- Keep record of van repairs and service.
- Bi-weekly attendance record.
- Paperwork from restaurants to office and vice-versa.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND JOB SKILLS :
EDUCATION : High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent or technical training and / or related subject preferred.
EXPERIENCE : Background in commercial building and restaurant equipment maintenance.
