**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prior experience building engines, including high-performance variants.
- Specifying requirements to meet target performance.
- Developing and documenting detailed work plans for each project; tracking progress, build, and invoice details.
- Proficiency in engine teardown and measurement.
- Diagnosing, analyzing root causes, and providing forward solutions.
- Engine simulation experience is a plus.
- Dynamometer operation.
- Engine Tuning.
- Machining experience.
- High attention to detail.
- Fabrication experience.
- Highly organized.
- Computer skills - minimum internet research, data entry, file management.
