Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team as a Deck Builder alongside our Foreman. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction and installation tasks, demonstrating proficiency in residential projects. As a Builder, you will play a crucial role in transforming blueprints into tangible structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Duties
- Execute carpentry tasks including framing, decking, and railing installation.
- Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Maintain plumb and level standards throughout all construction phases.
- Restore existing structures as needed, ensuring compliance with building codes.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Experience
Candidates should have a solid background in construction with experience in the following areas:
- Carpentry
- Framing
A strong understanding of schematics and the ability to maintain plumb standards are essential. Previous experience in Deck Building is a plus. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
- Year round work
