Client Engagement Director - Sales Representative

As we advance, we seek a self-motivated and seasoned Client Engagement Director / Salesperson who can make an immediate impact by helping potential clients comprehend how our services can propel them forward.

Compensation :

24,000 - $30,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Engage with potential clients in face-to-face meetings, over the phone, and through virtual consultations to evaluate their legal requirements.
• Partner with attorneys and firm leadership to ensure prospective clients receive expert guidance in the initial phases of their legal journey.
• Maintain a proactive stance in handling sales leads, following up on inquiries, and guaranteeing high levels of client contentment.
• Conduct meetings with potential clients face-to-face and via phone or virtual platforms throughout weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• Perform follow-up calls with potential clients post-sales meetings to ensure continuity and address any questions.
• Document detailed notes accurately in the online system for future reference.
• Schedule regular meetings with management to provide updates and discuss strategies.
