Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Project Lead to join our team at Martinez Construction Services. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects from award to close-out.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the satisfaction of our clients. You will work closely with our senior project managers, site superintendents, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective project plans, monitor progress, and identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong understanding of construction project management principles, including contract administration, cost control, and quality assurance.
Key Accountabilities
