The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, monitor, and be accountable for all project costs (Cost Management) to ensure every project meets MCS profitability and quality goals.
- Coach and mentor Site Superintendents to meet all scheduled milestones and ensure all projects are completed on time with no cost overrun.
- Review, document, communicate and manage all variance reports such that all associated costs are captured in change orders.
