Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Representing clients in all aspects of family law litigation and mediation, including divorce, child custody, and domestic violence cases.
- Drafting and preparing motions, pleadings, agreements, and trial documents.
- Negotiating settlements and advocating for clients in court hearings and trials.
We are looking for a licensed Family Law Attorney with at least 3 years of experience handling family law matters in Massachusetts. You should have strong litigation, negotiation, and client counseling skills, as well as the ability to independently manage a caseload while collaborating with our team.
