Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain case files and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with our paralegals and assist the legal team.
- Support light sales and client intake functions.
- Perform general office tasks, including copying and other administrative duties.
- Keep the office stocked, organized, and running efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a legal, administrative, or office management role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with different team members.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.

Qualifications
- Office Administrator experience prefered.
- Experience in a law firm setting in one or more of the following practice areas: Real Estate, Estate Planning, Family Law and Divorce, Business Law, Litigation and of Personal Injury or probate is a plus .
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Being a self starter
- Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and providing high-quality legal services.
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other legal software such as CLIO, Active Campaign, Wealth counsel and internet based applications.
- Sales and Marketing experience are a plus.

Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence such as interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits under the guidance of a lawyer
- Coordinate law office activity, including the drafting subpoenas and coordinating with process servers
- Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and keeping our case filing system organized so all documents are readily accessible
- Work with lawyers to prepare for trial by conducting research on legal articles, preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, filing motions, and assisting with client meetings
- Gather information about legal issues from the client in interviews
- Independently handle a Real Estate transaction from Intake to post-closing
- Efficiently move Estate Planning, Family Law and Divorce and Personal Injury matters from start to finish through the process.
- Communicate with clients to keep them informed of all developments in their case, and provide emotional support during difficult times.
- Ensure each client's Action Plan is followed and that the steps are completed in accordance with our processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive legal services to our clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all client matters and ensure compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
