Job Summary:
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the quality of products and processes at all stages of manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Engineering or CQT/CQE, with three years' technical experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related concerns with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain the Quality Management System, including process capability studies, 5S, and Kaizen Lean methods.
- Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure the transfer of new products to production meets approved data requirements.
- Manage safe launch and GP-12 activities when applicable.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to resolve quality improvement issues.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Engineering or CQT/CQE.
- Three years' technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Thorough knowledge of statistical techniques and quality standards, including IATF 16949.
- Excellent attendance, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
