achieving high production standards. Production is fast-paced with a workload that changes daily and

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve customers dropping off and picking up clothing. Engage with customers to enhance relationships.
- Provide product and service information and assistance to customers in a friendly manner.
- Maintain customer accounts with current and accurate information.
- Resolve customer problems in a timely and professional manner using scripts and skills provided to you.
- Enter garment descriptions into the computer with accuracy.
- Fold and package finished garments to prepare for pick-up.
- Sort, scan and file finished garments for storage.
- Keep work areas need and clean at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous customer service experience.
- Technology friendly, (windows platform computers).
- Detail-oriented with a good memory.
- Service-minded.
