Position Description
Martis Capital is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to support our growing team in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role will report to the Director of Administration and will be responsible for a blend of administrative and office management duties, including calendar and travel coordination, expense reporting, event planning, and special projects. Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Investment Team and firm leadership, including partners and key operational teams (Finance, Business Development, IT).
- Manage complex domestic travel arrangements and monthly expense reconciliation for executives and key stakeholders.
- Oversee calendar management for senior leadership, scheduling internal and external meetings with efficiency.
- Handle meeting and event coordination, including logistics, catering, and on-site hosting for both internal and client-facing events.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and departing team members.
