DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time office role typically works Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with opportunities to earn overtime.

As an Auto Body Receptionist - Customer Service Associate, you're the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them with a friendly and professional demeanor both in person and over the phone. You carefully listen to their needs, answer any questions they may have, and direct them appropriately, whether that means taking payments or connecting them with the right person.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN AUTO BODY RECEPTIONIST - CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

• 2 years of experience in a collision repair facility
• Experience working with direct repair programs (DRPs) and insurance carriers
• Ability to work overtime and flexible hours as needed
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• 18 years of age
