A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTO COLLISION CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

As an Auto Collision Customer Service Rep, you are the face and voice of our company. You greet customers in person and over the phone in a prompt, polite, and professional manner. Listening closely, you determine what the customer needs and direct them appropriately. This may involve taking payment, answering questions, or connecting them to the person they're trying to reach. You also reach out to customers to follow up on payments and appointments as necessary.

In addition to working directly with our customers, you support our team by performing a variety of administrative tasks. With attention to detail, you reconcile our accounts payable, scan files, and manage repair orders in our computer database. Your satisfaction comes from supporting an awesome team and seeing our company run smoothly because of your hard work!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTO COLLISION CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

• 2 years of experience in a collision repair facility
• Experience working with direct repair programs (DRPs) and insurance carriers
• Ability to work overtime and flexible hours as needed
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• 18 years of age

Experience with CCC estimating system and other auto collision industry software would be a plus! Do you have excellent time management skills? Can you communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, customers, and vendors? Are you able to prioritize efficiency and accuracy while working in a fast-paced, independent capacity? WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN AUTO COLLISION CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

This full-time position typically works Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
