Marukai is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HRIS Assistant to join our team in Irvine location for a 90-day temporary role, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position based on performance.

Summary of the Position:
This role is focused on assisting with new hire onboarding and employee data management within our HRIS system (KRONOS). The position is based in Irvine, but training will take place at our Gardena office for the first two weeks, requiring attendance at least three days a week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate new hire onboarding process, including guiding new hires through the KRONOS system.
- Enter and manage employee information in the HRIS database.
- Support HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure that all new hires complete necessary documentation and processes in a timely manner.
- Maintain employee personnel records to ensure they are current and accurate.
- Audit transactions in HR Systems on a regular basis to review data accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with the support of all aspects of Human Resources as it relates to data requests, including but not limited to data availability, feasibility of requests, ad-hoc reports, and technical support.
- Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.

- Assist with other HR administrative tasks as needed.
Training Details:
- The first two weeks of employment will include training at our Gardena office, with attendance required at least three days per week.
