What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operating Room Nurse Manager position at Marvel Consultants?
Large well respected hospital system needing OR Manager! Sign-On Bonus!
Level 2 Trauma Facility (Ortho, Total Joints, Neuro Spine, General, GYN, Bariatrics, Colorectal, ENT, Plastics).
Must Have Circulator Experience.
14 Operating Rooms.
40-60 Cases per Day.
100 FTEs (1 Manager of CVOR & 2 CNCs).
Reports to the Director Surgical Services.
Will also be highly involved in Central Sterile, Same Day Surgery, PACU and Endoscopy.
- Licensed RN with a BSN, Masters preferred.
- 2 years of leadership clinical experience in a hospital operating room, trauma level experience is preferred.
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.
- CNOR required or obtained within 12 months of hire.
