We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team.

    • Job Summary :
    • The HR Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role involves a variety of HR-related tasks and provides an opportunity to learn and grow within the field. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    • Key Responsibilities :
    • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
    • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring that all information is accurate and confidential.
    • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment documents, conducting orientations, and facilitating exit interviews.
    • Support the HR team in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and various employee services.
    • Help organize and coordinate training and development programs for employees.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations, including conducting audits as needed.
    • Organize and maintain HR files, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are up-to-date and properly filed.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
    • Participate in employee engagement activities and assist in creating a positive work environment.
    • Qualifications :
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
    • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
    • Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
