Title : Lead Technical Architech - Model-Based Enterprise ( Aerospace Domain)
Location : East Hartford, Connecticut
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering
- Work with stakeholders to capture technical and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into architectural blueprints and system requirements.
2. Solution Design
- Architect a scalable, secure, and maintainable data connectivity and storage framework.
- Define data processing workflows, transformation logic, and validation methods.
- Identify integration points with existing systems and databases.
- Document system architecture, workflows, and requirements thoroughly.
3. Technology Evaluation & Selection
- Assess the current tech environment and identify gaps and opportunities.
- Recommend tools and platforms that align with business and compliance needs.
- Ensure selected solutions are compatible with internal IT standards.
4. Development & Testing
- Support development teams in implementing the solution architecture.
- Assist in building and validating data ingestion pipelines and integration components.
5. Documentation & Training
- Create detailed documentation, including:
- Architecture diagrams
- Data flow diagrams
- User guides
- Technical manuals
- Conduct training sessions to ensure successful solution adoption and long-term usability.
6. Deployment & Support
- Lead deployment planning and execution.
- Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting.

Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship /GC (required due to export control and data compliance needs)

- Strong understanding of data storage and analytics platforms
- Experience designing secure, scalable enterprise data solutions
- Familiarity with Digital Thread / MBE concepts and system integrations
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Background in aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated industries
- Knowledge of export control and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and ETL frameworks
