Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) and will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce applications to support government agency requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
- Develop and maintain triggers, workflows, and process automations in Salesforce.
- Create and enhance custom objects, fields, page layouts, and Lightning components based on business needs.
- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
- Work with government stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to understand functional requirements.
- Perform data migrations, reports, dashboards, and security configurations as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce performance, integrations, and customizations.
- Ensure compliance with state government security policies, regulations, and accessibility standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Lightning development, including Aura and LWC components.
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata API) and integration best practices.
- Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and database optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with Salesforce security model, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Understanding of CI/CD tools, Git, and DevOps practices for Salesforce deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with business users, IT teams, and government agencies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions or Government Cloud.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, or other project management tools.
