What are the responsibilities and job description for the Therapy Recruiter position at Marvel Medical Staffing?
Objective: The Recruiter ensures that clinicians receive the highest standard of customer service possible by communicating regularly, gathering feedback, building relationships, and encouraging continued sales.
Essential Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Market Marvel and themselves to clinicians across the US to build a desk of professionals.
- Makes required outbound phone calls to potential and current clinicians to discuss opportunities and build relationships.
- Qualifies applicants, submits applications, follows up, and places clinicians in open jobs.
- Meets revenue and TCP targets.
- Meets KPI expectations (outbound calls, talk time, applications submitted, placements).
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but may act as a mentor to others.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are expected to coincide with the Company’s normal business hours, Monday-Friday.
Required Education/Skills/Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- High school diploma or GED is required; some college preferred.
- 2 years of experience in Sales or Hospitality, Logistics, Education, Clinical healthcare, with a strong preference for medical staffing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Possesses excellent time management skills.
