Therapy Recruiter / Account Manager – Allied Division

FLSA Status : Exempt
Divisional Hub : Omaha, NE
Working Pattern : On-Site

This position is to join our Uniti Med team as a Therapy Recruiter / Account Manager within our Allied Division based in our Omaha, NE, office. This role will work closely with clinicians and facilities to support the urgent staffing needs for :

Occupational Therapists (OT)

Physical Therapists (PT)

Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP)

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA)

Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), and more!

The Opportunity :

Mange the sales cycle from start to finish— Recruit, source, hire, and manage healthcare professionals on travel / short-term contract assignments.

Build relationships to understand candidates' skillsets, requirements, and personalities.

Expertly pitch and negotiate pay packages, locations, and manage expectations during the recruitment process.

Own your pipeline of eligible candidates— Be the architect of your own success.

This is a full-time, in-office position. Schedule based on manager discretion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.

What You Bring :

3 years of healthcare staffing experience preferred.

A self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset who is coachable / accountable, action-oriented, and results driven.

Knowledge specific to Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology clinicians.

A strong production history and proven track record of success.

Ability to meet weekly and quarterly performance metrics (KPI’s) as determined by Division Leaders.

Ability to communicate at a high level internally and externally to provide consistent customer service.

Strong working knowledge of Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

Desire to achieve and celebrate success as a team and organization.
