Your Impact
As Finance Director, you will take the lead on all financial operations and planning, ensuring strong internal controls, accurate reporting, and sound policy implementation. You’ll help drive automation and efficiency while partnering across all departments to support service excellence and fiscal health.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on:
- Financial Oversight: Direct AP, financial reporting, internal audits, and forecasting
- Strategic Leadership: Lead initiatives to improve financial performance and operational efficiency
- People Management: Mentor and grow a high-performing finance team
- Collaboration: Partner with executive leaders to align financial goals with organizational objectives
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, GAAP, and audit standards
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience (2 years in management)
- Healthcare finance experience highly preferred
- Strong understanding of internal controls, AP processes, and general ledger accounting
- Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and collaborate across departments
- Certifications like CFA, APS, or APM are a plus
