Job Description
As a Refrigeration Support Technician, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via phone and email. You'll work closely with our Technical Support Leader to resolve service issues, communicate warranty and repair policies, and respond to requests from customers and internal teams.
Key Skills
- Degree in HVAC with emphasis in Refrigeration (preferred).
- Field service experience (gas, electric, or wood burning appliances).
- Database management system and customer service experience.
- Diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Phone etiquette and email response experience.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Technical skills to support problem resolution.
- MS Office Suite proficiency.
- Ability to work varied shifts and pass a drug screen.
