Senior Clinical Recruiter - Mental Health Therapists - Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Clinical Recruiter to help drive growth in our provider population. Our ideal candidate has experience recruiting in Healthcare to include Mental Health Professionals, Physicians, AP/NP, and other clinical providers.
Marvin Behavioral Health is on a mission to end healthcare worker burnout. We partner with top hospitals across the U.S., including Cedars-Sinai and UCLA in Los Angeles, Jefferson Health in Philadelphia, and the Harvard Department of Psychiatry, to provide a proprietary mental health care platform for their physicians, nurses, and staff.
In this role, you will work functionally across the Marvin team to conduct initial interviews, refer qualified candidates to the clinical team for interview and facilitate contracting workflows.

This position is based in Marina del Rey, CA but we have a satellite office in NYC. Preference for candidates in the New York metropolitan area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the Clinical Team to source, interview and hire qualified candidates in mental health
- Own and independently oversee execution of our recruiting goals
- Collaborate closely with the Marvin partnerships team to implement and execute recruiting strategies across all 50 states
- Communicate recommendations and results with the Recruiting Administrator
- Keep up-to-date on the latest trends in clinical recruiting
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field
- 6-8 years of experience in Healthcare Recruiting (Hard Requirement)
- Must have experience recruiting Physicians, Mental Healthcare Professionals or Other Clinical Providers.
- Experience in a healthcare startup is a bonus
- Experience in sourcing, interviewing and contracting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Experience tackling ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $35 - $55
