As a Sales Support Coordinator / Showroom Specialist, you will engage with customers, assess their needs, and recommend solutions. Your responsibilities include demonstrating products, scheduling Sales Representative appointments, preparing quotes, processing transactions, verifying product orders with sales consultants, creating proposals, and managing service/change orders.

As a Sales Support Coordinator / Showroom Specialist, you will engage with customers, assess their needs, and recommend solutions. Your responsibilities include demonstrating products, scheduling Sales Representative appointments, preparing quotes, processing transactions, verifying product orders with sales consultants, creating proposals, and managing service/change orders.
What You Will Do:
- Engage customers, assess needs, and recommend solutions.
- Demonstrate products via samples, digital tools, and displays.
- Qualify customers and schedule Sales Representative appointments.
- Prepare quotes, process transactions, blueprint reviews and update CRM records.
- Organize showroom events and attend industry networking.
- Maintain showroom appearance and coordinate repairs.
- Verify product orders with sales consultants and customers.
- Create proposals, size openings, and interpret blueprints.
- Follow up on leads and assist with service/change orders.
