We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to answer inquiries, research issues and provide information. To succeed in this role, you should be customer-oriented, strong in interpersonal skills and have a desire to help people. As a customer care professional, it is your responsibility to provide support to our clients and improve customer satisfaction. You will work with our clients’ questions, concerns and complaints about our company’s products or services. A key responsibility of this job is to ensure that customers receive good service at all times. Ultimately, you will help us produce high customer satisfaction scores through your ability to listen and empathize with customers in need of support.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide information about products or services in response to inquiries.
- Demonstrate products and services to potential customers.
- Collect feedback and market research from customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues through investigation, problem-solving and a consultative approach.
- Provide reporting on customer interactions as well as sales opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape, systems and software used by the organization.
