We are currently accepting applications for a Project Management role for our team, with an expected starting annual salary of $145,000 -$165,000 . This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in our office, and site visits and job meetings as needed.
This role can be filled in our Western region that includes Seattle, Portland, San Francisco Pasadena, Santa Ana
Essential Functions
- Manage large-scale construction project(s) through the entire life-cycle. Projects include most commercial building types, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and hotel / hospitality.
- Leverage knowledge of construction methodologies, project delivery, and contracts
- Estimate, manage costs, and meet project deadlines
- Coordinate professionals of varying disciplines
- Communicate updates, changes, and concerns in a clear and organized manner, written or verbal
- Identify and resolve issues
- Travel to job sites as needed, up to 50%
