Our extensive design experience spans Multifamily, Student Housing, Model Homes, Senior Housing, Golf and Yacht Clubs, Hospitality, and various other commercial projects.
We are seeking talented architects and interior architects with a passion for creating impactful designs. Our designers engage in all aspects of project design, from space planning and floor plan development to furniture, finishes, and material selections. You will participate in client presentations, on-site installations, and special industry events. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute interiors for both residential and commercial buildings.
- Create designs that are aesthetically compelling, functional, practical, and conducive to their intended purposes, such as inspiring culture, raising productivity, or improving lifestyle.
- Develop and produce design documentation in AutoCAD.
- Coordinate logistical project elements such as sample ordering and organization, furniture selection and specification, lighting and material selection and specification, vendor correspondence, and various other project-oriented tasks.
- Travel for presentations, site visits, and project installations.
- Assist in managing budgets and timelines for projects.
Requirements for the Right Candidate:
- Confident aesthetic and artistic ability.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, V-Ray Rendering.
- Experience with Studio Designer software preferred.
- Multi-unit residential experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- Graphic design experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience using the above skill set.
- Willingness to travel (10%).
