Summer Program Details
- The Mary Kay 2025 Summer Intern Program is a 10-week internship from early June to mid-August
- All our internships are paid, starting at $20/ hour
- Our internships are Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, and require you to be in the office 4-5 days per week
- This internship is located at our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX
- Interns will receive any required equipment, such as a laptop
- Mary Kay Inc does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for full time employment at this time

- Ideate and provide creative direction to our in-house creative team (videographers, editors, and graphic designers) to execute trending social content.
- Attend and participate in weekly video shoots.
- Assist with copywriting for social media post captions.
- Assist the Social Media Associate as needed on ad-hoc projects.
Strong Intern Candidates Will Have
- Interest in creative, trending social media content creation that appeals to Gen-Z consumers.
- Strong knowledge of usage of social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Outstanding skills in communication, writing, and grammar. High attention to detail and organization skills.
- Comfortable being on-camera and creating natural self-filmed social media content.
- Adaptability to work fast and pivot quickly from feedback.
- Available to work in-person in an office setting Monday – Thursday in Addison, TX. Work from home on Fridays.
- Interest in the beauty industry and direct sales.
- Must still be currently pursuing undergraduate or master’s degree
- To be eligible you must be currently enrolled as a full-time student (undergraduate) or part time (graduate) as defined by your university at the time of application.
- Minimum Sophomore status. Rising juniors or seniors preferred.
- Preferred Degree: Marketing, Communications, Digital Creation, Public Relations or Advertising
