The Mary T Family of Companies has an opening for a Lead DSP - Site Supervisor at our group home in Coon Rapids, MN.
The Lead DSP - Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the overall operations of the group home site, including providing direct cares for residents, as well as assist with daily staffing, performance management, client programming, training, budgeting, and scheduling as needed.
The schedule for this position will be weekdays Monday - Thursday from 8A-3P and every-other weekend from 3P-10P. Candidates must be able to flex their hours as needed to cover open shifts, including evenings and / or weekends.
