What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead DSP - Site Supervisor position at Mary T Inc.?
The Mary T Family of Companies has an opening for a Lead DSP - Site Supervisor at our group home in Coon Rapids, MN.
The Lead DSP - Site Supervisor is responsible for providing direct cares for residents, as well as assisting with duties related to the overall operations of the group home site, such as new employee training, ordering supplies for the home, and scheduling for staff and scheduling and transporting clients to appointments as needed.
The schedule for this position will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (2P-10P) and every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from 2P-10P. Candidates must be able to flex their hours as needed to cover open shifts, including evenings and/or weekends.

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED
- Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- The ability to pass a background check through DHS
- 3 years of group home experience and at least 1 year of management/scheduling experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
